OUR COMMUNITY

WHO WE ARE

Our name is Little Servants, Sons of Padre Pio. We are a non-profit association of lay faithful whose mission is to teach and train lay people around the world to love and serve in the image of Christ, accompanying and assisting the homeless, the needy, the marginalized, and the abandoned.

WHAT WE DO

In addition to preparing our lives to serve, the apostolic community of “Little Ones”

"Servants" hear God's call to summon us to build and be the church.

Thus, we establish and maintain houses—soup kitchens, temporary housing, workshops, service centers, or special places—where the poor brother, feeling the love of Christ through his servants, can find physical and spiritual assistance, so that he may:

-Clean your body and clothes with dignity.

-Find a hot drink with a piece of bread.

-To recognize God's providence and merciful love when being served and listening to the word of God.

- To recognize and recover their dignity as children of God.

- Initiate rehabilitation processes until they can recover their family and community life.

- To teach those whom the Lord calls to the community the path of holiness through service.

OUR MISSION

To promote charitable love, encounter and assistance to people in need or without a home, primarily seeking the salvation of souls through service following the example of our Servant, Christ.

OUR VISION

Under the guidance of the Holy Mother Catholic and Apostolic Church, we want to be a religious family of lay people, spread throughout the world with our works, living the charism of service following the example of the Good Samaritan.

OUR CHARISM

The charism that sustains and gives life to the community is called “Service”.

Service to Christ who lives in the needy brother. It is service in the example of the Good Samaritan, serving the poor, the abandoned, children, women, men, and the elderly, but also helping people discover a path to salvation through service.
